Malware [Episode 1]

Malware is short for malicious software or a malicious program designed to a cause of damage into a system and makes your system to do something that an attacker wants it to do.
Malware may design to do the following stuffs or it depends upon an attacker.

? By using malware an attacker can steal your sensitive information, your personal information, credit card or etc from your computer.

? An attacker can get your habit, the website you visit mostly, your login and logout time, capture video or audio from your camera or microphone respectively and used it for desired purpose.

? An attacker can modify or delete your data, or just simply can crash your system.

? By controlling on your computer an attacker can spread their malware onto your network and causing great harm.

This is only a few example of an attacker can do with malware, by using malware an attacker do anything that you can do, malware is becoming a big problem and a lot of innocent user’s are getting infected by different malware.




Viruses

Recall your memory when your friend told you to not open this file this may be virus, now the question is what actually a virus is? What will happen if you open this file?

“A virus is malicious software or a malicious program which hides in other program and execute when you open this program. A virus is inactive until you execute an infected
program.”
