FreeBSD
FreeBSD is the most famous and widely used BSD operating system, it is free and unix like operating system for  modern server, desktop, and embedded computer platforms. FreeBSD’s code base has undergone over thirty years of continuous development, improvement, and optimisation.

It is provide advance networking solution and an impressive security feature and widely used for servers and desktop computer. FreeBSD is a complete operating system the kernel, device drivers, and all of the userlandshell, are held in the same source code revision tracking utilities, such as the tree.

OpenBSD
OpenBSD is a free, functional and secure operating system it is multi-platform 4.4BSD-based UNIX-like operating system. Probably OpenBSD is the is second most popular and widely used OS. It has different number of security features that enhance its functionality, just like other BSD operating system OpenBSD has its own kernel and userland programs like shell etc. 
OpenBSD uses different encryption algorithm in OpenSSH to make the security effective.
NetBSD
NetBSD is a free, fast, secure, and highly portable Unix-like Open Source operating system. It is available for a wide range of platforms, from large-scale servers and powerful desktop systems to hand-held and embedded devices. NetBSD has integrated Kerberos 5 (Heimdal), SSH (OpenSSH) and full support for IPsec for both IPv4 and IPv6. In addition, all services default to their most secure settings, and no services are enabled by default for new installations.
