Microsoft Azure exam is designed for candidates who want to show their foundation-level cloud services knowledge. It is intended for non-technical background candidates who are involved in buying or selling cloud-based services and solutions or who are involved with cloud-based services and solutions and those who have a technical background and have to validate the foundational-level knowledge related to cloud services. You do not need technical IT experience though some general IT experience or knowledge is beneficial.

Microsoft Learn was created by Ignite 2018. It is a free learning tool for various Microsoft technologies besides Azure. Depending on your skills or your job role, it offers you different learning paths. Many learning paths offer you hand-on learning and can help you develop practical skills in an interactive way. The best part of the exam is it is free. You do not require a credit card and you can receive instant access to various Microsoft modules and tools.
After you select the course module, you have to click on the Azure Fundamentals course for proceeding with the exam learning. It has 11 modules and 9 hours of learning. It gives you a good command on skills that will be measured during exams.
This examination will give you a total of 60 minutes and 44 (might vary) objective type AZ-900 exam questions. Here, students get 30 minutes additional time to read the exam terms and guidelines.
The result sheet will be printed after the exam to enable you to see the area you are performing well and the areas wherein you have to work on.
