Android Tips and Tricks for Getting the Most from Your Phone
Gone are the days when phones were only used to make phone calls and send text messages; nowadays, smartphones are more akin to a pocket-sized
The internet is full of wonders. From one trend to the next, all social media users jump on the bandwagon. However, most of them are click baits to gain views and shares and hardly work. Such false videos are available on all platforms and TikTok leads them all. However, it cannot be denied that it is TikTok that nestles in itself rather creative minds and has given birth to the most revolutionary and life-changing snippets. For the past six months, our team was on TikTok only to discover the best trends and compile them for you to try and love! Before we get to the trends, it is important to mention that to use TikTok, you need a stable internet connection that allows you to watch the stories uninterruptedly. So, if you are looking for high-speed internet service, then check out Spectrum Internet as it comes with incredible internet speeds and unlimited data to keep you hooked on social media. With that said, let us shed some light on the top trends on TikTok:
This trend is still on the host list. Whilst many versions are out, the original one consists of you needing fresh or frozen fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate, dragon fruit, and raspberries. Then after putting them all in a bowl, add ice cubes, followed by water. Then all you have to do is stir. This is not the ordinary fruit bowl and the pulpy-rich fruits when mixed with the water create ‘nature’s cereal’, hence the name and are a delight to try.
Why we love it: Not only does this trend promote healthy habits amongst youngsters, but also it comes in many variants so that you can choose the fruit bowl that matches your needs the most. Plus, there are no expensive ingredients involved! Just search the hashtag #naturescereal and you will find thousands of takes on it.

The pandemic had us all self-isolated in our homes and even getting groceries was scary with the virus cases on a rise. During this time, some fruitful minds decided to make their own bread on TikTok and not just any bread, but a simple recipe cloud bread, full of fluff and taste, with the softness of a pillow. The best part is that the bread was colorful, and acted as a ray of hope for most of us.
Why we love it: Bread making is an amazing skill to have and it has made many steps into the kitchen and experiment on other stuff as well. Just search for #cloudbread on TikTok and feast your eyes on all the ways you can play with yeast!
Our Rating: 9/10
A rather recent trend on TikTok promotes a healthy body image and fitness amongst all. Basically, with the catchy music in the background, young men and women show off their perfect workout bodies. The song too is pretty addictive.
Why we love it: It makes us want to work out, eat healthily, and have flawless bodies like the people performing it! A few people were concerned that it might lead to eating disorders, but that cannot be the case as the trend does not promote skinny bodies but rather toned bodies which comes with mindful eating and hitting the gym!

Just for fun-sakes, the TikTok community came together to make videos on the famous, award-winning animated film, Ratatouille, and whilst it served no purpose, it was a delight to see and an even bigger delight to create! From acting out different scenes to showcasing it to be a Broadway musical, everyone had their own little twist to it!
Why we love it: Anyone and everyone can perform this and have the time of their lives. Plus, it brings a lot of people together, just to have fun. When the crew and I did it, we even ended up watching the masterpiece movie together!
Our Rating: 8/10
This was perhaps the most famous trend that even the celebrities hopped on to try. From typing it on little children (original) to even testing the patience of pets, the patience challenge had everyone on the bandwagon. For this trend, you had to video record your little one and place a bowl of their favorite candy in front of them. After that, you had to tell them to not have the candy until you returned and gave it to them. Some children were angels and even though the candy had them drooling, did not go for it, until the parent returned. Others gave in and had some, before the parent returned, pretending that they had been waiting all along.
Why we love it: The challenge truly brought out the funny side of both kids and pets. Our favorite was seeing twins perform this challenge, as one would be the dominant one and would either stop the other from indulging or persuade him/her to do so. Little Stormi, Kylie’s sweet child had the best reaction to it!
Our Rating: 9/10
All of these TikTok trends are fun and towards the lighter side. Even if you are not on the platform, you should connect to high-speed internet and try them!
